Conclusion and Appendices
Conclusion In conclusion, I feel that this event was a successful one in the terms of fulfilling its tourism roles as well as bringing economic value. The event has definitely improved the image of Singapore and attracted some tourists interested in arts. Seeing that it was quite popular while it lasted, I am sure to expect that the revenue generated was enough to boost the economy as much as it could. I based this judgement on my evaluation of the marketing mix, which I believe was effective and contributed greatly to the success of the event. This is because of all the 8 P's that I had evaluated, I could only find 2 minor problems that I felt would not affect the success that much. It can be seen that great efforts and planning had been undertaken for this project to be successful and it had met with my every expectation of a successful event. There are areas for improvement here, and I believe that at this level, more successful events are to come!
